if your software does not
support any of them please email
us for assistance and supply us with the name of the software & version
# you have.
Question?
: What if I do not have any computer skills at all, but I want
my logo included on the job.

do not have the time to learn all this file stuff. If you con not provide
us with

Question? : What does converting text
to outlines mean?
Answer: This only applies to vectorized
files. There is an option to convert your text when you select it into outlines
[lines & points]
Most softwares give you this option. If you can not figure this out please
export or save your file as a black & white 300dpi .tiff or .jpg
Question?
: If I am sending you a .tiff or .jpg what is the 300dpi for?
Answer: This number refers to the Dots
Per Inch. The higher the number the better the quality of the file and also
the higher the number the larger the file size. For all of our printing needs
the 300dpi works fine. Just be sure not to use an image off of the internet
which usually are only 72-150dpi these can not be used. The image must be
scanned in originally at 300dpi and no larger than 6"x6".
Question?
: What if all I have is a full color version of my logo and I am
getting a 1 color print job?
Answer: This does create a problem if
you are sending a .tif or .jpg file. However if you submit a vectorized file
[.eps,.ai or.cdr ] we will set-up the artwork at no additional charge. There
is a fee of $35.00 for .tiff and .jpg files that need to be converted.
